Hoping someone can help here, old 50-70s song about a woman (goes by nickname maybe) engages in adultery with many folks in town and in the end gets locked up to the delight of the town, the music video had said woman in a cage and the singer playing a guitar next to it.

Hell Town is a drama TV series starring and created by Robert Blake which aired on NBC, starting in 1985. Jenny Lewis guest starred on the eleventh episode entitled My Girlfriend, Annie, which incidentally featured none of the main cast apart from Blake.
