Herschel " Harry " Saltzman (/ ˈsɔːltsmən /; ) October 27, 1915 – September 28, 1994) was a Canadian theatre and film producer. He is best remembered for co-producing the first nine of the James Bond film series with Albert R. Broccoli. He lived most of his life in Denham, Buckinghamshire, England.

Oct 1, 2012 · Suffering from depression following the death of his wife from cancer, Saltzman sold his UK properties and settled in Florida. From then on Saltzman would only be involved in two more movies, Ninjisky (1980) and Time of the Gypsies (1988). On 28th September 1994, Saltzman died at the American Hospital in Paris, after suffering a heart attack.
