- When was Caray’s birthday? Typical of Caray, it’s difficult to pinpoint his age with absolute certainty — he often would change his birthdate depending on the audience.
- Caray had his duels with Milo Hamilton. Caray had “Holy Cow!” Off-and-on broadcast partner Hamilton used to say “Holy Toledo!” The two had what could be called a holy war.
