Jimbob929. •. It’s ambiguous and can be seen as a happy ending or a tragic one. It’s tragic because it shows how dysfunctional Andrew’s mind has become. He’s still trying to impress lunatic Fletcher even after all the things the guy put him through. Andrew’s father has a look of horror on his face at the end.
Harmful Intent isn't one of the best films ever made but it is watchable, especially if you are a Tim Matheson fan. Also the Bounty Hunter character is a hoot to watch - he is probably the best redeeming feature of the film in fact. I thought this film was very much like Harrison Ford's The Fugitive, only much MUCH lower budget.

I guess it was a thing in other places though cause I had online friends tell me to huff computer duster and I was too smart - my dad had explained WHY you get high feelings from the dusters and it freaked me out for life.. but I feel bad for the ones who asphyxiated themselves cuz of this movie lmao
