Aug 5, 2020 · Susan Ellison - RIP and love. Posted by Neil Gaiman at 6:15 AM. I met Harlan Ellison the day before his wife, Susan, met him, in 1985, in Glasgow. I interviewed him. I didn't get to meet Susan until 1989, when I went to see Harlan in LA. She and I became friends incredibly fast.

Aug 4, 2020 · I was shocked and horrified to hear of the sudden death of Susan Ellison out in Sherman Oaks. She died in the house she had shared with Harlan for so many years, sometimes known as Ellison Wonderland or the Lost Aztec Temple of Mars. At this writing, no one seems quite certain of the cause of death.

Aug 9, 2020 · Susan Ellison (née Toth) was a UK fan and convention-goer, and author of the ‘Through the Lens’ media column in Aboriginal SF 1988-1996. The business partner and wife of Harlan Ellison, Toth met him at a con in Glasgow in 1985, and they married the following year; it was his fifth marriage, and would last until his death in 2018.
