I think the SIII’s are getting shoehorned in, one of my biggest complaints. The whole SIII narrative in the show still has me kind of confused. Loved the scene with Cortana messing with the Sangheili priest.

Not enough exploration of the connection between master chief and Makee. No exploration of how and why Reach fell. Overall the show has knocked down humanity and the main characters, and it’s been a very long standing 8 count involving a lot of filler, down time, and ambiguity of future resolution.
