The Armory of Reckoning is close to the northern section of Island 2 - Excavation. It's northeast of FOB Alpha.
Curiously enough, the Armory of Reckoning is the only Banished Outpost in Halo Infinite that has a single set of objectives. These Ammo Printers have a yellow outline seen once you scan the area. They'll even grant you a Kinetic Ammo refill if you interact with them. You can then shoot the glowing power cell to destroy the device.
Two of these can be found easily enough. However, the third and final one is inside the main armory. To get there, head to the eastern edge of the facility. You should spot a destructible terminal that disables the barrier.

7. Armory of Reckoning
For this particular Spartan Core, you'll fight your way through the Armory of Reckoning Banished Facility. You will find the Spartan Core directly to the right of the Ammo Printer in the rectangular room prior to reaching the grav lift. If you haven't cleared out this base yet, then you may need to use your scan to find the power cell controlling the forcefield that's blocking access to this tunnel. The tunnel itself is located near the base's southeastern gate. If you enter from this gate, the tunnel and power cell powering the forcefield should be on your right just past a small structure with weapons and ammo refill stations.
UNSC - Outpost Intel 01 - Miscommunications
Near the Banished Outpost Intel 01 location, which is northeast of the Armory of Reckoning, there is a small mountain path between the rocks. You’ll find the audio log on the ground near a destroyed UNSC pod.
UNSC - Outpost Intel 02 - No Entry
On the northwestern side of the Armory of Reckoning, you’ll find a jutting rock overhang near a Banished structure. Head underneath the rock ledge to find a destroyed Warthog. The audio log is in the bed of the truck.
Banished - Outpost Intel 01 - Of Unrest and Unggoy
This audio log is found in a chamber inside a short cliff in the camp. Destroy the gate control on the outside to enter, where you’ll find several Marines and this audio log, leaning up against the back wall.
Banished - Outpost Intel 02 - A Warning
This Banished audio log is in the room with tons of guns. After destroying the subterranean ammo printer, take the grav lift up to the room and you’ll find the audio log leaning up against a large, projected image of the electric rifle.
