Hall School of Dancing is Central Kentucky’s longest tradition in ballroom dancing, now serving its fifth generation of students. The style and sophistication from days gone by are alive within the grace and elegance taught at the Hall School of Dancing.
Jun 9, 2024 · Unless otherwise noted - LTDA dances are held at Artworks at the Carver School, 522 Patterson St, Lexington, KY , from 8:00p to 10:30p, with an optional beginning dancer workshop at 7:30p. Dancing may continue until 11:00p on Saturdays if well attended.
The Hall School of Dancing began over 85 years ago in 1937. The school was established by Marjorie Penn Hall and her husband, Howard Hall. Mr. Hall was a musician, music teacher and band director in Lexington and Central Kentucky. Mrs. Hall had a large ballet and tap dancing school.
