   • We do not collect for properties outside of Gregg County in any of the above districts. We do not collect for Gladewater ISD or Pine Tree ISD. Bills are mailed in October and are due by January 31st. Penalty and Interest begins February 1st of each year and goes up the 1st day of each month until paid.
