I use an 8qt Ninja Foodibut any model will work just fine. Keep in mind thatsmaller models will likely cook your green beans faster, so start checking around the 6-minute mark. Cook until golden and tender-crisp.
If you have leftovers, keep them in a sealed container in your fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in your air fryer or toaster oven or enjoy cold. I don’t recommend freezing these as that will alter the flavour and texture of your beans.
Quick tip for trimming your green beans. Line up several at a time and trim the ends, then rotate and trim the other side. It’s much faster than trimming one bean at a time.

Market Swap. Regular green beans and haricot verts both work well for this recipe. Olive Oil. Adds flavor to the green beans, helps them crisp up, and keeps them from burning. Spices. Keep things simple with salt and pepper, spice things up with red pepper flakes, and/or add garlicky goodness with garlic powder. Parmesan.
