Sep 10, 2024 · 116 helpful votes. Where to take a complaint against a hotel. 4 years ago. I booked a hotel in Paris and the hotel closed due to government advice June 2020. They made no contact with me despite emailing them on 4 occassions and offering no advice when I called them.
