Submit or respond to online applications for certain civil, family and tribunal cases.
To use the service, your organisation must have registered for a MyHMCTS account. Once registered, your organisation will have a MyHMCTS account listed administrator. They can add more account administrators and will invite you to join your organisation’s MyHMCTS account. Only account administrators can add users.
Once invited, you will receive an email to finish setting up your account. This email will come from hm.courts.and.tribunals.registrations@notifications.service.gov.uk. All emails, including verification codes, will come from this email address.
You must add the address to your email’s safe sender list. If your organisation has extra security software, you must add it to that safe sender list as well. If you have an IT department, they can help you do this. If you do not have an IT department you can search for ‘safe sender list’ in your email’s help tool.
You must create your password within 20 days. If you do not create your password in time, your account administrator can re-invite you.
Verifying your account
Each time you log in, we will send you a verification code to enter. The code will work for 90 minutes. If you take longer than 90 minutes to verify you will have to log back in to request a new code. If an expected code has not arrived after 20 minutes, please contact MyHMCTSsupport@justice.gov.uk.
