  2. In May 2001, the IU School of Law moved to the newly built Lawrence Inlow Hall. Eskenazi Hall would undergo extensive renovations to become the new home for the Herron School of Art. [5] The renovations of the old law school building were designed by John Hess, a well-known Indianapolis architect. [6]

  3. Our story began more than 100 years ago. That’s when the Indiana Law School was founded as part of the newly minted University of Indianapolis. In 1936 the school merged with the Benjamin Harrison Law School. In 1944 the school became affiliated with Indiana University and received a new name—the Indianapolis Division of the IU School of Law.

  4. Jun 5, 2015 · A graduate of Wabash University and Central Law School (Indianapolis), Charles Washington Moores, Jr. (b. Feb. 15, 1862; d. Dec. 7, 1923) practiced law in Indianapolis and lectured at the Indiana Law School. Moores was a member of the Indianapolis School Board, serving as vice-president from 1903 to 1908 and president from 1908 to 1909.
