    The Little Things is the seventeenth and second-to-last episode of the Freaks and Geeks TV series. It was written by Jon Kasdan, Judd Apatow and Mike White and directed by Jake Kasdan. The episode first aired on July 8, 2000.

    Sam discovers that life as Cindy's boyfriend is not nearly as exciting as he had imagined. Ken's girlfriend, Amy, confesses a shocking secret, putting Ken in an socially awkward situation. Lindsay struggles with asking Vice President, George H. W. Bush, a question during an assembly.

    •Ben Stiller agreed to make a guest appearance as a personal favor to Judd Apatow, in an attempt to improve the show's ratings. However, by the time the episode aired, the series had already been officially canceled.

    •A deleted scene for this episode reveals that Mr. Kowchevski, the math teacher, is gay.
