My apartment was getting down to 58 degrees Fahrenheit every night this past winter, which is very illegal. I kept calling management and they bled the radiators once but the problem persisted, and they did absolutely nothing else about it after that.
Look at their reviews. There’s patterns of complaints from ppl over years, then you’ll see a bunch of generic positive reviews. Totally seems like someone from their company posts them to drown out all of the legitimate reviews.
