  5. A rare silver spoon by Florence Stern made in 1908. Florence Stern (1868-1952) was both a sculptor and silversmith. Born in Birmingham, she was the daughter of German parents. Florence studied at the Birmingham Municipal School or Art in the 1890’s. At the time the school was a leading centre for the Arts and Crafts movement in Birmingham.
