Flint Town Hall (Welsh: Neuadd y Dref Y Fflint) is a municipal structure in the Market Square, Flint, Flintshire, Wales. The town hall, which is the meeting place of Flint Town Council, is a Grade II listed building .
This ornate building opened in 1840 as a town and market hall. Was a venue for inquests and other events, including an inquiry in 1914 into poor school attendance.

The Town Hall in Flint is a splendid and imposing building in the Tudor-Gothic style at the very centre of the town. It was completed in 1840 and costing £1,734 was erected on the site of the old Town Hall.

The town hall remains the home of Flint Town Council. It was designed by John Welch, who hailed from Overton, near Wrexham. He had worked on the Isle of Man before moving to St Asaph in 1838.
