Jul 24, 2023 · Only received the flight delay notification from Firefly after we landed in Phuket. Our return flight FY3601 on the 11th June was also delayed. A day after our return from Phuket, I received 2 emails from Firefly asking for feedback/review. The link for the feedback does not work. Perhaps it is done on purpose as Firefly knows how bad they are.

Dec 28, 2023 · Terrible service ever. Don’t see it is cheaper than other airline. If you want to have a pleasant trip then pls avoid this airline. Their service will make u miss the flight.
