Firefly n’a aucune considération et elle est tributaire d’un très mauvais management et une organisation aléatoire qui met les passagers en situation de vulnérabilité.

The flight was only 30 minutes so was over before you got settled into your seat but orange juice or water was served. The price for my flights was really good and was the cheapest. The people travelling solo had an empty seat next to door and everyone was spaced out evenly.
Dec 28, 2023 · Terrible service ever. Don’t see it is cheaper than other airline. If you want to have a pleasant trip then pls avoid this airline. Their service will make u miss the flight. Jul 24, 2023 · Only received the flight delay notification from Firefly after we landed in Phuket. Our return flight FY3601 on the 11th June was also delayed. A day after our return from Phuket, I received 2 emails from Firefly asking for feedback/review. The link for the feedback does not work. Perhaps it is done on purpose as Firefly knows how bad they are.
