   Apr 15, 2015 · I took the Firefly flight departing from Singapore Changi Airport, Terminal 2 to Kuantan Airport. The whole journey took me exactly 1 hour. As Firefly operates from ATR 72-500 series aircraft type, the aircraft is not accessible by aero-bridge. Review Ratings: In-flight Magazine: 9/10. Well done Firefly!

   Is Firefly a good airline?

   • Not Verified | Firefly is a company to be avoided at all costs. Our flight from Penang to Kota Kinabalu was retimed 4 times right up to the last minute, totally disrupting our trip and our appointments. This company has no consideration for its customers. Travelers are treated like cattle. Definitely prefer the national airline.

   May 11, 2019 · Reviewed 11 May 2019 via mobile. Firefly Airlines. The flight was only 30 minutes so was over before you got settled into your seat but orange juice or water was served. The price for my flights was really good and was the cheapest. The people travelling solo had an empty seat next to door and everyone was spaced out evenly.
