Apr 15, 2015 · I took the Firefly flight departing from Singapore Changi Airport, Terminal 2 to Kuantan Airport. The whole journey took me exactly 1 hour. As Firefly operates from ATR 72-500 series aircraft type, the aircraft is not accessible by aero-bridge. Review Ratings: In-flight Magazine: 9/10. Well done Firefly!
Dec 28, 2023 · Terrible service ever. Don’t see it is cheaper than other airline. If you want to have a pleasant trip then pls avoid this airline. Their service will make u miss the flight. Mar 30, 2023 · Today, I have the pleasure of boarding a 12-year-old Boeing 737-800 bearing the registration 9M-MLF. This aircraft, formerly operated by Firefly’s parent company, Malaysia Airlines, was acquired by Firefly in April 2022 and underwent reconfiguration to become an all Economy cabin with 189 seats in a 3-3 configuration.

Jul 24, 2023 · Only received the flight delay notification from Firefly after we landed in Phuket. Our return flight FY3601 on the 11th June was also delayed. A day after our return from Phuket, I received 2 emails from Firefly asking for feedback/review. The link for the feedback does not work. Perhaps it is done on purpose as Firefly knows how bad they are.
