    Signing into Indeed.com

Here's a list that explains how to find your sent applications from Indeed's main website:

    Check your email

After you apply for a job, Indeed sends you an email confirmation that verifies when an employer accepts your application. You can see your applications this way by signing into your email account and searching for an email titled "Indeed Application: [title of position]" from a sender called "Indeed Apply." The title of the position changes with each job for which you apply. To keep track of your applications this way, try flagging, bookmarking or starring each application confirmation email.

Why can't I see the job I applied to on the "My Jobs" list?

You may not see the job you applied for on the "My Jobs" list if you exited Indeed and applied for the job on another company or employer's website. Indeed only tracks applications you send through its website or its mobile app. If you apply to jobs on other platforms, Indeed recommends you keep a personal record of all the external applications you send.

How can I contact Indeed if I have a problem?

You can contact the Indeed Help Center if you encounter any challenges. The Help Center lets users troubleshoot problems related to accounts, applications, resumes, accessibility and company profile issues. The Help Center also contains an archive of frequently asked questions and common user inquiries to help you address any issues on your own.

How do I set up notifications for similar jobs?

After applying for a job, you can select a box in the application window that lets you sign up for notifications for new jobs that are similar to the one to which you just applied. The text next to the box says "Notify me when similar jobs are available." Indeed then sends you emails about upcoming positions. If you have the mobile app, it may also send you notifications. You can manage the frequency of these emails or notifications by going to your app settings or clicking the "Manage email preferences" link at the bottom of each email.
