Apr 2, 2024 · The restructure comes with the re-appointments of Fernando Szew, who has been promoted to head of Fox Entertainment Studios and Michael Thorn upped to the president of the Fox Television Network. In their new senior roles the pair will both report directly to Fox Entertainment CEO Rob Wade.
Fernando Szew began their work experience in 1999 as the CEO of MarVista Entertainment. Fernando later became the owner in 2003 and held this position until December 2021. In 2010, they joined YPO as a member and continued in this role until June 2023.
Fernando Szew is CEO of the recently launched FOX Entertainment Global, which oversees the international, multi-platform sales and distribution of intellectual property owned and produced by FOX Entertainment and its growing portfolio of in-house production studios, as well as premium content acquired from outside producers.
