   No Customer Support. Received my package with damaged items and emailed customer support numerous time and have not received any reply. I have posted my reviews and pictures on their website. I do love this company, but when you're spending $70 with two damaged items you'd want to get a reply back or a solution.

On top of that the prices were excellent even compared to the 2 for 1 and 2 for 1 plus 1 offers on the high street.    absolutely LOVE the contacts that i bought! very affordable AND a years wear!! brilliant customer service and any enquiries you have are dealt with straight away. contacts don’t hurt your eyes, feel lightweight and great quality. definitely would recommend to anyone thinking of buying contacts, great brand!    It was not even sour, i order a sour box and you give me things like a nerd rope and peanut butter cake and the rest wasn't even sour. The sour rating was 2/10 maybe. Date of experience: 08 September 2022. Useful.

   Slow delivery but worth the wait. My order took a really long time to arrive (placed on April 17th, arrived June 6th) so be sure to give yourself plenty of time if you're ordering for a special occasion. The packaging was slightly odd and I only received an invoice for the case instead of the lenses.

   Are eye candy contacts any good?

   • First of all the team behind eye candys are so sweet!! I messaged them about the contacts and they got back to me very quickly and they were very helpful and kind! The contacts them self were INSANE. They are affordable, light weight, easy to use, the colour opacity is incredible and super comfortable on the eye!
