I looked at Eye Candy due to good reviews plus them carrying frames for the larger noggin. On top of that the prices were excellent even compared to the 2 for 1 and 2 for 1 plus 1 offers on the high street. The best color contacts site! The shipping was super fast from KR to AUS, and the quality of the lenses (Hey Mish Blue + Brown) is absolutely perfect - incredibly comfortable, great color, no dryness. While I haven't personally needed customer service, it seems the EyeCandys support team is very responsive and active!

I have posted my reviews and pictures on their website. I do love this company, but when you're spending $70 with two damaged items you'd want to get a reply back or a solution. EDIT: They replied to me and I replied immediately back, but no response after to resolve the issue. Date of experience: November 12, 2023.

The ordering process is really clear and easy, with the usual sales communication. When they were ready for dispatch, I had an e-mail from "Steve" (the owner), to say they'd be with me in the next couple of days. It turned out to be the very next day, all packaged well in jiffy bags, with extra "Eyecandy" lens clothes.
