   No Customer Support. Received my package with damaged items and emailed customer support numerous time and have not received any reply. I have posted my reviews and pictures on their website. I do love this company, but when you're spending $70 with two damaged items you'd want to get a reply back or a solution.

   absolutely LOVE the contacts that i bought! very affordable AND a years wear!! brilliant customer service and any enquiries you have are dealt with straight away. contacts don’t hurt your eyes, feel lightweight and great quality. definitely would recommend to anyone thinking of buying contacts, great brand!    The best color contacts site! The shipping was super fast from KR to AUS, and the quality of the lenses (Hey Mish Blue + Brown) is absolutely perfect - incredibly comfortable, great color, no dryness. While I haven't personally needed customer service, it seems the EyeCandys support team is very responsive and active!

   I looked at Eye Candy due to good reviews plus them carrying frames for the larger noggin. On top of that the prices were excellent even compared to the 2 for 1 and 2 for 1 plus 1 offers on the high street. They were at the time let down by poor coding on the website plus PayPal not being operational. That said my comments were quickly followed ...

   Are eye candy contacts any good?

   • First of all the team behind eye candys are so sweet!! I messaged them about the contacts and they got back to me very quickly and they were very helpful and kind! The contacts them self were INSANE. They are affordable, light weight, easy to use, the colour opacity is incredible and super comfortable on the eye!

   • I would definitely recommend Eyecandy. I received excellent service and my frames, which had to be ordered from Italy, in less than a week. Steve Newton provided excellent advice on which size frames to order. I am very pleased and will definitely use Eyecandy again.
