No Customer Support. Received my package with damaged items and emailed customer support numerous time and have not received any reply. I have posted my reviews and pictures on their website. I do love this company, but when you're spending $70 with two damaged items you'd want to get a reply back or a solution.

absolutely LOVE the contacts that i bought! very affordable AND a years wear!! brilliant customer service and any enquiries you have are dealt with straight away. contacts don’t hurt your eyes, feel lightweight and great quality. definitely would recommend to anyone thinking of buying contacts, great brand! I looked at Eye Candy due to good reviews plus them carrying frames for the larger noggin. On top of that the prices were excellent even compared to the 2 for 1 and 2 for 1 plus 1 offers on the high street. They were at the time let down by poor coding on the website plus PayPal not being operational. That said my comments were quickly followed ...

Slow delivery but worth the wait. My order took a really long time to arrive (placed on April 17th, arrived June 6th) so be sure to give yourself plenty of time if you're ordering for a special occasion. The packaging was slightly odd and I only received an invoice for the case instead of the lenses.
