Squad photograph from the 2002/03 season, which saw Exeter be relegated to the Conference, after a 23rd place finish in Division Three. City were in the FA Cup run up to the Third Round, but exited the League Cup in the First Round, and the League Trophy in the second round.
On the 100th anniversary of the club in 2004, the Brazil national side visited St James Park for a return match which the visitors won 1-0. Exeter managed a superb 0-0 draw against Manchester United in the FA Cup Third Round on Saturday 8th January 2005. Dido must have given the United team hell!
