I've been really impressed with esalon. The kit is brilliant they have thought of everything. I had a slight issue that for some reason the dye lightened my roots (I have extremely dark brown hair) although the rest of the colour was gorgeous. I emailed them and straight away they sent me a dye just for my roots.

Big nope. Ordered ash blonde specifically noting my hair pulled red. My result was orange roots with a distinct red tint to the rest of my hair. To their credit, they did send a replacement however they sent medium blonde instead of ash blonde and half the color had leaked out of the bottle.
