Dec 29, 2019 · If you are a ghost enthusiast and have visited Fredericksburg, Texas before, you may have heard tales of haunted landmarks in the area. These include the Kerr County Courthouse, Fall Hill Plantation, Baby Head Cemetery, and the Rising Sun Tavern.
The Haunted Fredericksburg Ghost Tour has two options: the Guided Ghost Walk Tour and the Fredericksburg Jail Tour for an additional cost. The Ghost Walk covers several city blocks (about a mile) and lasts one hour. If you added the Jail Tour, plan an extra 30 minutes for this exciting adventure.
Only 12 miles from Fredericksburg, a trip to Morris Ranch can be extended to include a visit to Harper with a quick return to Fredericksburg. Morris Ranch is included in T. Lindsay Baker's Ghost Towns of Texas. The Ranch is very much as it appeared in 1984 when the author's photos were taken.
