The series follows the inner life of the emergency room (ER) of fictional Cook County General Hospital in Chicago, and various critical issues faced by the room's physicians and staff. During the course of the series, 331 episodes of ER aired over fifteen seasons, between September 19, 1994, and April 2, 2009.

Kerry returns to the ER, and clashes with Luka over the treatment of a baby injured in a car crash, while Neela treats the mother, who may have caused the accident deliberately. Abby learns about Dr. Dubenko's condition, and we learn his first name. Eve continues to challenge the nursing staff.

Sep 22, 2005 · Synopsis. Sam and Luka are desperately trying to find Alex, who has run away from home in the previous episode. Meanwhile, Ray, Abby and Neela have their first day as R2's, which means that besides treating patients, they have to monitor and teach interns.
