Our Campuses. New City College is the largest college in East London. It was originally formed by a merger between Hackney Community College and Tower Hamlets College in 2016. Redbridge College joined in 2017, Epping Forest College in 2018, and Havering Sixth Form College along with Havering Further Education College merged with the group in 2019.
