Our Campuses. New City College is the largest college in East London. It was originally formed by a merger between Hackney Community College and Tower Hamlets College in 2016. Redbridge College joined in 2017, Epping Forest College in 2018, and Havering Sixth Form College along with Havering Further Education College merged with the group in 2019.
The Epping Forest campus is located in Borders Lane in Debden, a suburb of Loughton. Epping Forest College was founded in 1989 as a tertiary college after the re-organisation of post-16 education in south-west Essex.
Epping Forest College was created in 1989 from Loughton College and a number of school sixth forms. The current campus is a bright, modern building near Debden Broadway, Loughton, with stunning views across to the city of London.

Our campus is bright and modern and easily reachable. We have great facilities including a hair and beauty salon, theatre, construction site, media studio and suite and early years centre. There is even a mock aircraft cabin to train students on our air cabin crew diploma.
