I’ve seen some reviews and it seems their biggest complaints are being a more hands off landlord and random charges. I prefer more hands off as opposed to having someone hovering over my household, but the charges and ability to rectify them have me a little nervous.

Wife and I are relocating to Cincinnati in a few months and have been looking at houses or apartments to rent. It Bed and Breakfast Properties (BBRents) seems to have a lot of houses but the reviews range from good to absolutely awful definitely skewing towards awful.
