Biography. Elliot Ross was born in Chicago in 1947. He received a Master of Fine Arts degree and Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the San Francisco Art Institute in 1971.
Mar 25, 2019 · Elliot Ross is a Colorado based photographer. Born in Taipei, Taiwan (1990), his interest for the photographic medium, rural frontiers and underserved communities developed during his upbringing on a homestead in the Colorado high-plains.
After her death, I was preoccupied with feelings of loss and sadness. But what followed were feelings of puzzlement about human and non-human animal life. Vague questions arose.

Nineteenth-century photograph of a deceased child with flowers. Some images, especially tintypes and ambrotypes have a rosy tint added to the cheeks of the corpse. Later photographs show the subject in a coffin, sometimes with a large group of funeral attendees. This was especially popular in Europe and less common in the United States. [15] .
