Dec 12, 2023 · These heroes of Aeldari myth share several abilities and characteristics. They’re all toughness 3, 5-wound elf leaders with a 2+/4++ (except for Asurmen). Each of the Phoenix Lords can only join their respective shrines, and they all provide their unit with a +1 to hit.
Primarchs are vastly more powerful than Phoenix Lords. It’s not even close. Solitaires are closer to Primarch level than Phoenix Lords. 14 votes, 24 comments. They are so overpowered in the lore, it's always great to see this eldar "primarchs" in a fight.

Jun 15, 2023 · The Phoenix Lords: Gone are the days of Exarch’s reflecting the martial perfection of their chosen shrines. Instead, the Phoenix Lords have taken that mantle for themselves.
Both are incredibly skilled at arms and impossibly quick so while a Solitaire can perform quite well vs. a Custodes Id think it would be a better idea for him to try to get the drop on one. If we speak about stuff like Shield Captains I see his chances to get even worse.
The Void Dragon (presumably the same, swap pulse laser for tl-starcannon) doesn't have legends rules, but I think most would be willing to roll with using the Phoenix rules and point cost just to see it on the tabletop. Slightly reduced value but probably still in the falcon-ish zone.

Jun 7, 2014 · How about Solitaire vs. GK Grand Master (or Supreme Grand Master) vs. Phoenix Lord Starting distance 50m (large flat arena, combatants in a triangular arrangement) Wyzilla said: Solitaire obliterates them both. They're pretty much as peak as an Eldar gets combat wise.
