So my love for the Eldar tanks brings me to the Scorpion and the Cobra. Scorpion shoots Heavy 12 S12 AP -4 3 Damage. Cobra Heavy 2D3 shots S16 AP-5 6 damage but one a wound role of 4+ does D3 mortals on top of normal damage.
