Eisa Davis (born May 5, 1971) is an American playwright, actress and singer-songwriter. [ 1 ] She is known for her work as the co-creator of the Warriors concept album with Lin-Manuel Miranda. [ 2 ] Her previous works include the plays Bulrusher and Angela's Mixtape.
Eisa Davis is an award-winning actor, writer, and singer-songwriter working on stage and screen. She is known for her roles as Cynthia Driscoll on House of Cards (2015-16), and as Rae, Bubbles' sister on The Wire (2003, 2008). She also played Irma in the acclaimed rock musical Passing Strange (2009), captured on film by Spike Lee.
