Responsible for metrics that were not within the employees' control, chronically understaffed with only half the contracted workers, and I was doing my caseload and customer service for two people.

Eckerd was under a contract with a branch of the state, and we were beholden to a board of directors from the state. We were completely mismanaged. I was undertrained, blocked when starting projects, and lied to at every turn.
