When my wife and I arrived to the Marquis Los Cabo Resort, the receptionist Fernanda offered us the option to upgrade to an oceanfront casita for an extra $200/night, which we accepted. Suddenly, while processing the upgrade, she said $300/night!?! We each clearly heard her say $200/night, which she refused to honor!
