This "travel agency" offers 3 things: 1. lousy flight schedules; 2. mediocre hotels; and 3. an hour city tour (+3 hours picking up/dropping off other hordes of travelers at many hotels). THAT'S IT!!! Awful customer service!!! I've traveled extensively for past 20+ years with several tour companies and hand's down this is BY FAR THE WORST agency!
