Good Time (2017) is the best movie I have seen in a long time. Maybe in a decade. All of the performances were incredible. The script was tight and the pace was relentless. All of the characters came off as very genuine and believable to me despite some of the extreme circumstances they often put themselves in.

Dec 14, 2017 · Like many other film critics, I suspect, I have tried to figure out if there was any possible way to justify the inclusion of David Lynch’s jaw-dropping “Twin Peaks” revival on my list of the ten best films of 2017. But I was stymied by the fact that, save for the screening of the first couple of episodes at Cannes, it never actually played in movie theaters.
