The usual place for the Downloads folder is C:\Users\Username\Downloads . In this example 'Username would need to be replaced by the actual username logged onto the machine. An easy way of locating this is, click the Start button then go up to username on right hand panel and the downloads folder will be located within. Hope this helps!
