   • I am new to the forum. Windows 10 on ARM does not have many native apps (aarch64 or arm64) and can only emulate x86 (32 bit) apps. Unfortunately many apps are only x64 (64 bit) and Windows 10 on ARM does not support virtualisation. Windows 11 offers Arm64EC, which guarantees interoperability with x64.

   Can ARM devices upgrade to Windows 11?
