The WAVwatch was designed to be used as needed throughout the day, or to play at night while sleeping. It should be used for 6-8 hours maximum per day for optimum battery life. As you use the watch and notice how your body responds, you can tailor its use! Most frequencies are either 8 minutes or 30 minutes.
Don’t realize what you have til you don’t!! I love the wavwatch company the customer service is great. I had foot surgery on both feet within the last 3 years and had dental surgery in April of this year. An infected tooth had got infection up in my bone and my chiropractor found it. God bless him.
