  7. The 787-9 used on the flight from Sydney to Houston direct has seats in Y+ and Economy that have only a couple of inches of recline. In fact, at the end of the flight, the attendants did not have to tell people to adjust their seats because they all looked upright. And they were. For a 16 and a half hour flight, this is disgraceful.
