   Is Rome2rio a good site?

   • Rome2rio is a good site for planning. The prices quoted are often off by quite a bit. Some good, some bad. I find it more useful as a guide to search the services separately. Note that it doesn't seem to be a dishonest price gouge, just inaccurate. Often if you click the links on the site the accurate prices are found.

   How accurate is Rome2rio?

   • Rome2Rio is great for initial trip planning but it's not always accurate. I'd always go to the source to buy train tickets, if possible. I had no trouble using the Trenitalia app in May to buy train tickets with my phone as needed.

   Do you use Rome2rio?

   • I use rome2rio for options, but I tend to find their price estimates low. Instead, I use www.seat61.com and have found their prices for routes to be very accurate (I book last minute too so you may do better if you book ahead). I personally find that website very confusing, and quite inaccurate. I haven't actually used it to book anything, however.
