Other Ghosts Appeared In The Franchise Movies
The ghost, known for his hijinks and brightly colored Jester clothing, was a fan-favorite among book readers, so Peeves' absence was a huge surprise and displeasure among many fans (although he did make it into the tie-in games). Fitting of the poltergeist, the truth behind that wasn't exactly simple; while English actor Rik Mayall was cast as Peeves the poltergeist for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, all of his scenes were cut without his knowledge (via Metro UK). Mayall was revered a...
Peeves Is In The Open World RPG Video Game
The Peeves Harry Potter absence aside,he does appear in-game in the Wizarding World venture, Hogwarts Legacy. The only real Elf given much attention in the movies was Dobby, but there was a big story where Hermione set up a plan to help House Elves gain their freedom. This is something that the HBO series can add back into the story. Several characters g...

Jan 29, 2015 · As mentioned by DForck42, Peeves is not a central character in Harry Potter movies. On top of that, in the story Peeves is shown to be doing a lot of destruction (think flying objects, utensils).
Peeves was a poltergeist at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, since c. 993. Fond of mischief and chaos, he was a constant pain to the school and its inhabitants, especially Argus Filch, the caretaker, as the only ones able to control him were the Bloody Baron and Albus Dumbledore.

Jun 9, 2017 · Peeves the poltergeist was actually in the first Harry Potter film and was played by actor Rik Mayall, before his scenes were cut.
I read that the directors originally wanted to have his character in the movie, but they were gonna give him a translucent like appearance, kinda like the ghosts at hogwarts. But peeves doesn't even remotely resemble the ghosts, he's very much in skin and flesh.
You know, Peeves the poltergeists appeared in every single Harry Potter book even in Deathly Hallows ,and yet he does not appear in One movie. This post is dedicated to Peeves, the little sh!t who only listened to Fred and George.
