A new 2-mile long southbound passing lane is being built on U.S. Route 191 in Indian Canyon, approximately 13 miles south of Duchesne. The road between milepost 280 and 282 will be widened for a 12-foot wide passing lane and the addition of 6-foot wide shoulders on both sides of the road.
