Dec 12, 2023 · I think the biggest issue for Parkinson's disease patients right now is that there are no disease-modifying therapies. We only have symptomatic therapies at the moment. The main goal is developing a therapy that can actually slow or stop the progression of the disease, which is especially on the minds of patients.
